Policy
- Appointments – Manicurists nearly all depend on their Appointments to make a living, & when you don’t show up, it’s likely they don’t get paid. Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make it or are running late. So we accept walk-ins.
- Walk-ins – Walk-ins are welcome however it’s based on availability. If we are busy you might have to schedule an actual appointment.
- Guaranteed Service – We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. If you are not satisfied, please let us know before you leave. Remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Take good care of your nails & they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Traditional regular polish services are not guaranteed. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND!
- Gratuity – Gratuity is not included in the price of the service. Customary tipping runs between 15% to 20% but is of course at your discretion. We greatly appreciate it.
- Salon Promotions – Our promotions specials cannot be used in any combination with any other offer, promotion or gift certificates.
- Health Considerations – PLEASE inform your nail technicians if you have diabetes, hemophilia, hepatitis, STDs, pregnancy, or any other condition that is a health hazard. We would like to take every necessary preventative measure to reduce the risk of infection. This will ensure the safety of nail techs, yourself, & others. We will advise you on whether or not services can be legally safely performed.
- Personal Belongings – Please keep all jewelry & valuable items close to you. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To – Anyone with a nail/health condition we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services.
– Anyone with open or infected wounds.
– Rude, mean, or disrespectful people. - Payment – We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express . No personal checks will be accepted.
- Kids – Children should only be in the salon if they are receiving a service & must be supervised at all times. If you decide to allow your child to get a service done. It is at your own risk.
- Pets – Pets are prohibited, except certified support animals.
